Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of 5 members and 3 alternate members appointed by the Town Council for 5 year terms. The Board functions under State Statutes and local zoning regulations. The Board hears appeals from decisions of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, and considers applications for variances of zoning regulations, and location of motor vehicle licenses. Included in the budget are funds for advertising, hearings and decisions.

Current members:
Steve Kenning (Chairperson), Thomas Katon,(Vice-Chairperson), Guy Stone, Donna Andrzejewski, and John Doody.   Alternates are Edward Boughton, Vincent Vollero
